- Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

- Rosemary Oil (Cosmetic Product)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if:
- The bottle is unopened
- The safety seal (if applicable) is intact
- The product has not been used
- The packaging is in original condition
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product has been opened
- The seal has been broken
- The oil has been used or tested
- The packaging is damaged or tampered with
For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are non-returnable.
- Shilajit (Food Supplement)
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened containers
- Products with broken safety seals
- Used supplements
We may accept returns only if:
- The product is unopened
- The original safety seal is fully intact
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
This complies with UK hygiene and health protection regulations.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty
- A repair or replacement within 6 months
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs
- Include your order number
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using tracked delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost returns.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty
We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount if goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened cosmetic products
- Opened supplements
- Used items
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
