- Delivery Area
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Delivery Options
We use trusted UK couriers including:

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
- Tracking
If you select a tracked delivery service, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
- Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Incorrect address information provided at checkout
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.
- Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, redelivery charges may apply.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within:
- 5 working days (Standard)
- 3 working days (Tracked)

We will investigate with the courier.
Lost parcel claims cannot be processed until the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
- Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- Include your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided.
